Email Subscription Issues

We have had a number of complaints that some of you have not been receiving your Nichols Notes newsletter. Due to the large number of subscribers it is impossible to insure that everyone will always receive their newsletter due to the intricacies of the Internet. ISP's use many tools to fight unwanted Spam and as a result, sometimes they block email such as Nichols Notes from being received. Additionally, many of you are using third party Spam filters to block unwanted Spam and they are also blocking Nichols Notes.

If you have signed up, but never received Nichols Notes, please try signing up again. Our system automatically filters out duplicates. Approximately ten percent of all new signups use bad, partial or improperly formatted email addresses. We fix those that we can. ISP's returns hundreds of emails each week because the mailbox that they are sent to is full. Even more are returned for bad or expired addresses. Eventually our system will delete those addresses.

Many people have multiple addresses for different purposes. Make sure that you know which address you subscribed with if you have multiple addresses and write it down.

Please don't ask us to check to see if your email address is in our list. We simply do not have the time. Just signup again and make sure that the address that you use is a good address.

If you want to be REMOVED, simply send an email to remove@larrynichols.com with REMOVE in the subject line. You will be removed before the next mailing. Make sure that you give us the correct address, as we can't delete you if you give us the wrong address.
