WHOSE WAR IS IT

I suppose your wondering what war I am talking about. Well, the answer is the war of the Presidential election in 2004. Obviously, one would think it is President George Bush vs. which ever Democratic candidate wins that parties primary. Actually, it's none of the above. The war that is brewing is the re-match of Nichols vs. Clinton or now, it will be called Nichols vs. the Clintons.

If the Presidential Election of 2004 is the war, then how can it be between the Clintons and me? Hillary and Bill have not even announced that they are even running and I'm sure not. Folks hang onto your hats there's a storm a coming, and as sure as night follows day, the Clintons are running and I'm gonna stop them.

President George Bush and company surely will be the ones that have to stop them. After all, he's President and the Republicans will have plenty of people that will run his campaign and so they should be capable of defeating the Clintons. They have plenty of money. They have power and should have and be able to come up with whatever would be needed to win. They would be very capable, if this was to be a traditional race, but remember with the Clintons and their lust for power, this campaign will be anything but traditional. This race is going to be a down and dirty, no holds barred blood match. Folks, it "ain't" going to be pretty and President Bush had better like the feel and smell of war, as well as, the taste of mud, because he's gonna touch, feel and eat mud before it's over.

By comparison to the race his Dad ran against Bill this one is going to be a mess of colossal purportion. Bush and company will have all the power of the Presidency and the Republican Party and will be against the Clintons with all of the power they have along with the Democratic Party and Hollywood. This should be the race of the century and should get along just fine, without me. Not possible, ready or not I'm in it and there's nothing I could do or anyone else to prevent what is going to occur.

Most of you have no idea what the Clintons will do to obtain power. All of you should know enough about the Clintons by now to understand that being between them and something they want is not the place a sane person would want to be. Politics, Clinton style, is a contact sport and is not for the faint of heart.

My problem is that they know that I have too much information about them as well as a memory of what I did to them the last time. They are aware also, that I know what they will do to win an election, when they will do it and what and how to stop them. Should I choose to sit this race out? The Clintons would never believe, I wouldn't do something that would ruin their chance for victory. What kind of something might I do? Bring forth the truth! Keep them from re-writing history! I was not born yesterday. I am painfully aware the Clintons will take action to destroy and roll over me. Worst yet, they will do whatever it takes to make sure the truth coming out would not be a potential problem for them in this presidential campaign. The bottom line is, I'm toast, and knowing this, I have no choice except to fight. If I am going to have to fight, I might as well jump in with both feet and fight to win.

Now here is where you will be able to understand that truly the war of the Presidential Election of 2004 is between me and the Clintons, even though Hillary has not yet officially announced her candidacy and I am not even running for office. You see, they have to get rid of me before they meet Bush to prevent me from bringing out information that can and will destroy their campaign. That means they will fight me first and if I fight back, then someone at that point has to win. If they do, they can move on with the race against Bush. However, if I win in my struggle and survive their on-slot against me, then their campaign will be destroyed and Bush would be the easy victor. With this in mind, I will win. With this in mind I intend to win, they will lose, and you will understand that the war for the presidency for 2004 is between the Clintons and me. Wish me luck, I'll need it.

THE SCIENCE OF EVERYBODY

How many times have you heard people say that they know the answer to a question because everybody they talk to gives the same answer or opinion as the one they already have? This is especially true when it comes to politics. "Everyone I talk to would never vote for that person", is usually the way a negative opinion of a candidate goes. This is a dangerous concept. Why, because it will almost always fool you as to the reality of the actual situation and the outcome of a political campaign.

When someone refers to "everyone they talk to", they have just acknowledged that they are now the proud owners of approximately 40% of everyone. By the way, you're not going to impress "anyone" that is actively involved in politics by telling them, just what "everyone" has told you, because they already know, what they don't even know.

The trick here is that "everyone" you talk with usually believes pretty much as you do, or you would not be talking to them in the first place. "Everyone" that is philosophically diametrically opposite of you would not fit in the category of people you would frequently talk to. Why bother trying to conduct a civil conversation with them about how they feel about a candidate, or issue, or anything else? Again, do not be fooled by these conversations by what everyone has told you. In other words do not let the OLD GATOR reach out and bite you again in the "derriere."

Before the OLD GATOR gets you I will pull you up by the seat of your pants. You now know not to get caught in the teeth of "everyone" you talk to. Now, the question is how do the political savvy seem to know how "everyone" thinks, without actually talking to "everyone"? Now you will know the answer, in most matters, 40% are for it, 40% are against it and the remaining 20% don't know about it and just really don't care. It's called 40/40/20 and it works "every time". There will more about 40/40/20 in later issues.

By the way, you are probably asking yourself, if politicos already know about 40/40/20, then what need is there for all these "polls" to tell us what "everyone" thinks? Well, now you know; what's the need? My point exactly! You can bet there'll be more about "political polls" in later issues.

HELL IS COMING TO TEXAS

I held the third part out of this issue until next week to include this information. As I was writing the third part of this issue of Nichols Notes, I received word that Judge Hannah from the Federal Court in Tyler, Texas had finally responded to my Plaintiff's Response to Defendants Motion to Dismiss by his filing a Memorandum Adopting Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge and Entering Final Judgment. Judge Hannah ordered this Writ of Mandamus be DENIED and DISMISSED.

As you all know I have been waiting for this moment in history. We are now going to have some fun. So grab your old Texas hat and hold on to your horses. The tough part for me right now is I am still laughing so hard it hurts. You know it is one of those old big belly rolling laughs. Well, I am sure you will feel the way I do, when I explain further in the next issue of Nichols Notes. You see, I have NOT received the actual written response from the Court.

With great expectations, you all know how I love a great fight. I put down my pen to listen to Judge Hannah's response. I was ready. I wanted Judge Hannah to explain to me just how I do not have the right to ask questions of this Court and question the actions of employees of our Government. I was thinking, "give it to me Judge, fire your best shot because this ain't over, no matter what your response states." I really mean it, give it to me Judge.

Well, I am still laughing at his response. It was funny but in actuality it was pathetic. I at least expected to get something back with some substance matter. This Memorandum didn't even offer any mental foreplay or address the Constitutional law I had made reference to.

You will remember when I tried to give them a break. I gave them time to come clean. Step forward and do what's right. I even tried to level the playing field. You all know me I was being very generous to a fault. So now it gets to happen. You Bet! Hell is Coming to Texas (part three). The whole truth and nothing but the truth. So help me God!

Do you remember the press release Hell is Coming to Texas (Part 1)? YES! That did make waves. Hell is Coming to Texas (Part 2), included a never-before-heard-of live media coverage of a press conference exposing government officers who had fabricated evidence in a case ruining 3,000 American families. You have seen and heard the evidence! The prosecutors prosecuted this case just to get another notch in their belt.

Well folks, I know this is what you have been waiting for me to say and that is, I will be filing with the Court a notice of appeal to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, Louisiana. NOW, we will be leaving behind the corrupt legal system in Tyler. Remember me telling you I will leave no one behind! Well, by Judge Hannah responding as he did he just enjoined himself into this lawsuit. Now be ready for Hell is Coming to Texas (part three). We will get them all. Stay tuned.

Love,
